Description

Over 50 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behaviour. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use, and that will never change for our main features. However, if you’re looking to get the most from Bumble, you can subscribe to our optional subscription product Bumble Boost. We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. • Really good, but pay

It’s a good app that kind of echos Tinder with left and white swiping and info/ pic display. It’s interesting that the lady starts conversation before the gentleman, which is kinda nice. I agree with the other reviewers, they upgrade to paid membership is dwindling the appeal, especially when it restricts access to basic features like, “See who likes you.” Or the ability to superlike somebody, at least Tinder allowed limited free superlikes. Perhaps instead of having Bumble Boost and Bumble Coins to be paid separately, maybe combine the two, where depending on the users rate of app activity, they get some rate of free coins everyday they open the app. The more they use the app and the more they swipe right or make with matches, the higher their score and the more bumble coins they can earn per day upon opening the app. All in all, pretty good, shouldn’t have to pay for multiple facets of the app.

I really do like the ago so far but I am finding it difficult to use since I am in the process of moving and my location cannot be set to my new state and area. I'm travelling for the next 2 months or so and any connections I make in that time will be difficult to maintain our even start. A location change option would be incredibly useful. Also tried to find a way to contact the company through the app but was only lead to the FAQ section and find an answer page.

I got a “warning” but Bumble refuses to say which guideline I was being warned about. I honestly didn’t think I violated any community guidelines. I’ve asked multiple times over email how I could avoid whatever mistake I made and they refuse to say. They point me to the guidelines again. I ask for more info, they point me to the guidelines again. What good is a warning if we don’t know what is being warned? The photos are me, they are appropriate, my profile is polite and honest. Best guess: I did unmatch someone for the reason that I was not interested in dating a transgendered individual, and instantly after doing that I got a warning, so I think that person (just one) must have complained. Sorry, person. I believe I have the right to date my preference, which is for women who were born female. There is no hate or phobia, it’s just not my personal interest. Guys, especially in the Bay Area, if you have the same preference, be polite. You might include what I now do in my profile to avoid any future hurt feelings. Saying you are “seeking a natural born female” seems to be allowed within the community guidelines at this time. Was that it, Bumble? I may never know.

I’m not sure why my stupid ex recommended me this because this is seriously hot garbage! All the guys on here aren’t my type or when I find someone I match with they don’t ever reply once I send the first message. Is starting to piss me off. Horrible app. Apple please remove this from your store!

Guys schedule dates and then don’t follow through. It’s a dating culture of flakes.
